“I went to see Steph for help with managing a flare up of my autoimmune condition. I was at my lowest point, struggling with physical symptoms and related emotional stress. Steph’s intervention was a godsend; I credit her for galvanising my journey towards health and healing. She was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation recommending Steph to anyone seeking support with a chronic or autoimmune condition.”
